Every candlemaker knows they must have a pumpkin candle in their fall collection but most pumpkin smells are overly fake smelling and are heavy on the cinnamon. So, what do you do? You add everyone's favorite, Patchouli! I know, I know...seriously though it works. The patchouli balances the slight sweetness of the pumpkin and the cinnamon doesn't overpower. What you then have is a woody, earthy, pumpkin scent with a hint of cinnamon.
