That’s why we offer a one-time Happiness Guarantee — so you can shop with confidence, not hesitation.

How it works

If your first candle isn’t the right fit, we’ll help you find one that is.

  • One candle replacement
    We’ll replace one candle per customer with another scent of equal value.

  • Simple, stress-free process
    Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number, what didn’t work, and the scent you’d like to try next.

  • We’ll take care of the rest
    Your replacement ships free of charge. No need to return the original candle — feel free to pass it along to someone who may love it.

A few notes

To keep things fair, the Happiness Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Limited-edition candles

  • Orders placed more than 3 months ago

  • Natural handmade variations, such as light frosting or surface texture
