We want you to love the candle you bring into your home. We also understand that choosing fragrance online can feel uncertain—so we offer a one-time Happiness Guarantee to help you shop with confidence.
All fragrance purchases are final sale
Because candles are fragrance-based home goods, we do not accept traditional returns or refunds on fragrance collections. Instead, eligible customers are covered by our Happiness Guarantee below.
Our one-time Happiness Guarantee
If your first candle isn’t the right fit, we’ll help you find one that is.
One candle replacement (one time per customer)
We will replace one candle per customer with another scent of equal value.
Simple, stress-free process
To use the Happiness Guarantee, email us at info@marloshandmade.com within 14 days of delivery with:
Your name + order number
What didn’t work for you (too strong, too light, not your vibe, etc.)
The scent you’d like to try next
We’ll take care of the rest
Your replacement ships free of charge. There’s no need to return the original candle. Feel free to gift it to someone who may love it.
A few notes
To keep things fair, the Happiness Guarantee does not apply to:
Limited-edition candles
Orders placed more than 3 months ago
Natural handmade variations, such as light frosting or surface texture
This guarantee is offered as a one-time courtesy because our goal is simple: to help you find a candle that truly feels right in your space.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@marloshandmade.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
